Objective 

The Technology Demonstrations aim to showcase cutting-edge technologies and solutions from researchers and technology vendors that enhance emergency communication and interoperability in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The demonstrations will focus on practical applications, innovative solutions, and collaborative efforts to ensure robust and reliable communication during large-scale events.

Alignment with FIFA World Cup 2026 Planning: The technology should directly contribute to emergency communication and interoperability planning for the FIFA World Cup 2026. 

Use Case Applicability: Demonstrations should showcase practical applications relevant to large-scale events and public safety.

 

Innovation and Impact 

Technological Innovation: Technology should represent a significant advancement in the field of emergency communication and interoperability. 

Potential Impact: The solution should have the potential to significantly enhance public safety operations and emergency response capabilities.

Maturity of Technology: The technology should be at a stage where it can be effectively demonstrated and deployed. 

Integration Capabilities: The solution should be compatible with existing public safety communication systems and infrastructure.

 

Vendor Expertise and Experience 

Track Record: The vendor should have a proven track record of developing and deploying similar technologies. 

Industry Recognition: The vendor should be recognized as a leader or innovator in the field of public safety communications.

Implementation Support: The vendor should offer comprehensive support for the implementation and deployment of technology.

Format 

Each session will feature live demonstrations, presentations, and Q&A segments. 

30 minutes per demonstration, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.
